Chida was one of the coolest, most knowledgeable, and helpful people I've seen behind a counter in a long time. He quickly identified what was best for me in terms of gear, guided me through multiple flavors, and was genuinely interested in doing what was best for the customer, and not strictly for business. Well, that attitude is what earns lifelong customers - and I'm now one.
