    Your company loves took charge a premium for energy and you better not be late on a payment but if there is a problem with the energy you take your sweet time to fix it. Power went out for 3 hours. When I called your representative was rude and unhelpful. Learn from CPS how to be a real power company. I will be looking for another provider ASAP!
